Q: Do you make double-sided signs?
A: No, currently we do not offer double-sided signs.

A: We use premium, high-quality woods including knot-free cedar, white pine, and high-density MDF or plywood, depending on whether the sign is meant for indoor or outdoor use.
Q: Are your wooden signs safe for outdoor use?
A: Yes, our outdoor signs are designed for outdoor use, but it depends on the wood and finish selected. We use specific outdoor sealants and weather-resistant paints to ensure your sign holds up against the elements, although we do not recommend that you place your sign in direct sunlight or in places that it will continually get wet. If your sign will be placed in direct rain or sunlight, we highly recommend upgrading to our premium UV-resistant protective laminate.
Q: How do I clean and care for my wooden sign?
A: Dust your sign gently with a dry or slightly damp microfiber cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, abrasive scrubbers, or soaking the wood in water, as this can strip the protective finish.

A: Yes, we offer shipping throughout the US. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your finished sign.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: Our standard turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days from the date you order is processed. Custom order turnaround time is 5 to 7 business days from the date your digital proof is approved. Bulk orders may require additional time.
